2019 – Venturing into Cardamom Plantation
Purchasing Cardamom Plantation
We have made investments in cardamom plantations in Kallar,(near Munnar, Idukki) around 300 acres of cardamom plantations. The venture will be known as Purespice Plantations, expanding our cardamom brand and integrating backward to the plantation as well.
2020 -The fully automated processing facility in Bodinaykanur

The fully automated processing facility in Bodinaykanur has become fully operational and will ensure a substantially shorter lead time in processing and adding value to the trade by considerably reducing costs. This should ensure that KCPMC cardamom and its brands like ‘Purespice’ and ‘Utsav’ will be best in category and high on value for our customers. We are hopeful that this line of business will considerably add value to our portfolio in the years to come. This level of automation is a first in the industry and will lead the way in setting standards in speed, efficiency and ensuring safe to eat produce to the consumer.
2023- Acquisition of the Bison Valley Estate (in Kuttikanam, Peermedu, Idukki)

We have acquired around 300 acres of pristine and naturally blessed land – an erstwhile tea plantation in Peermedu, Kerala – where we will focus on new age agriculture and explore the possibilities of supplemented farm income from hospitality.
