The Narrow Island ranger station, where you must sign-in for your campsite, is conveniently located 500 feet from our launch. Tent platform and shore dock are included. Bass Island is a fabulous, partially-shaded one campsite island on the west side of the lake. All three sites share a clivus type privy. Narrow Island Group - Lake George Ranger Station: 518-499-1288 Phantom Island is a nice four campsite island just across the channel from Glen Island.
