Born October 27, 1931 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late William J. and Sophie Marie (Figenshu) Reynolds, Sr.
He attended West Catholic High School in Philadelphia Class of 1949 and graduated from West Chester University with his bachelors in Education 1957.
