Graduate hailing from a family deep rooted in agriculture for the last two generations, agriculture is “way of life’ for him.Mr.Mathew basically believes in sustainable agriculture where in blend of organic & inorganic with GAP is the need of the hour. Plays pivotal role in spearheading various association of farmers & conceptualised the concept of “Farmer Bazars” where in the farmers are able to sell their produce directly without an intermediary on cash terms.
Post graduate in economics Mr.Guhan is a versatile planter with rich experience across multi crops like cardamom,paddy,coconut & fruits. A philanthropist who basically put “Farmer Interest” on top priority & believes organisations need to satisfy the societal objectives rather than individual goals.

A Post Graduate (MBA) in Finance with a banking background, Mr George served his early professional career with the Corporate Bank at HSBC Middle East Based in Dubai, UAE. A progressive practicing agriculturist by family background, he also has varied interests in brass-tacks agriculture with various initiatives in cardamom, natural rubber and various horticultural crops. Mr George also devotes interest in enhancing values at the farm end by combining latest techniques, enhancing farm end value and adoption of new age crops by farmers in both Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
He spearheads the operations of the group at multiple levels, with primary focus on policy level initiatives, new age technologies in trade and agriculture and business development initiatives.
Hailing from an agrarian family background who loves to be known as farmer rather than a corporate entity. He also served the Spices Board of India for 2 consecutive terms as a director till 2016.He is also a carter member of TiE Kerala where is actively involves in initiatives for the Agricultural and allied sector.
Post graduate and an advocate by profession, agriculture is next best thing other than his passion which was teaching which he was doing prior to the current assignment. Served Spices Board twice as director & has played pivotal role in shaping up of the cardamom trade division of KCPMC.
